It's been in the news a few times now and a farmer friend of mine based down south here in the UK is really feeling the pressure as record rainfall and flooding has hit his farm operation, the question is, "Is it here to stay, and will it get worse?".
His crop last year was down by as much as one third, this year is still questionable, along with this rising costs of fertiliser and demand from leading supermarkets for cutting wholesale prices, he's not sure if he's going to still be in business in five years time!
